Cancellations received 14 days or more before the event will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fees.

Cancellations received within 7-14 days of the event will be eligible for a refund of 50% of their registration fees or will be able to use the credit to attend another course if able.

Cancellations received within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund of their registration fees, but may use the credit to attend another course if able.
